Low season rates are valid from April 1. to July 15.

- All of the above mentioned room rates are inclusive of American Breakfast buffet.
- All of the above mentioned room rates are inclusive of Vat and Service Charge.
- Minimum stay from 20 Dec. – 10 Jan. is 3 nights.
- One room allows 2 persons.
- Additional person would have to pay for an extra bed.
- Extra bed surcharge is 800 THB per night.
- No room charge for children under 12 years of age if sharing room with adult(s) and utilizing the same bed.
- Compulsory breakfast charge for children under 12 years is 150bht/child.
- Compulsory breakfast charge for children 12 years and above will be 300baht.
- Deposit Guarantee charge 50% for all stay and non refundable under any condition.
- The room facilities include A/C, Hot/Cold Shower, refrigerator, cabled Television and each bungalow is designed with individual balcony.
- One-way transfer from airport to resort or resort to airport is 200THB per person.

Resort’s policies:
1) Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in time is after 2.00pm. This allow us enough time to clean and make-up each units and check-out time is before 12.00noon. Request for early check-in will be subject to space availability. Request for late check-out will also be subject to availability on the day of the departure.

2) Family Plan
Children 12 years of age and younger will not be charge for sharing the same room as parent(s) and utilizing the same bed, based on a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child per room.
