Reservation
Rules & Policy :
- All rates are in Thai Baht and are inclusive 10% service
charge and 7% VAT.
- Room rates include American breakfast for the maximum 2
persons per room per night basis.
- Extra bed is charge at THB 1,000
- Visa, and Master cards are accepted (on-line) and at the
hotel.
- During high season we require full payment and 25%
deposit on low season.
- Minimum stay of 7 nights required during Peak Season (20 Dec 10 - 10 Jan 11)

Cancellation
Rules & Policy :
- Cancellation during 1 Nov – 19 Dec 10, 1 May - 14 July
11 and 16 Sep – 31 Oct 11 must be made at least 2 days prior
to arrival or penalty 1 night.
- Cancellation during 11 Jan – 30 Apr 11 and 15 Jul – 15
Sep 11 must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival or
penalty 50% of total booking value.
- Cancellation during 20 Dec – 10 Jan 11must be made at
least 21 days prior to arrival or penalty 100% of total
booking value.
- No show will carry penalty of equivalent to the maximum
cancellation charge at a time.
- Deposits / Payments are non-refundable but is
transferable to another period but subject to room
availability.

Child
Policy:
- Children from 2-11 years old sharing same room with
parents and not require an extra bed, only pay for ABF @ THB
200.-
- Child age 12 years or older will be required to pay for
an extra bed rate.

Airport transfer Rates:
- Hotel Private Van: THB 200.- per person or minimum
charge of THB 350.- per car per way
